Furniture Installation at Alfred E Smith State Office Building

The New York State Office of General Services (OGS), through the New York State Liquor Authority (SLA), is seeking a qualified Contractor to install office furniture at the Alfred E. Smith State Office Building (AESOB). The 34-story OGS managed facility is located at 80 South Swan Street in Albany, New York. MINIMUM BIDDER QUALIFICATIONS The following minimum requirement must be met by each Bidder and/or proposed subcontractor: Bidder and/or proposed subcontractor must have experience assembling and installing Teknion office furniture on a minimum of three projects of similar scope and size. Contractor shall install newly purchased Teknion office furniture and reconfigure existing office furniture to the 9th floor of the AESOB.
