Ductwork Cleaning Authority - Wide

1. Remove and clean all diffusers and grilles. 2. Clean all diffusers housings 3. Clean and sanitize all main and branch lines, including flexible duct and internally insulated ductwork, turning vanes, dampers, and sensor equipment 4. Clean and sanitize blower and filter compartments and A/C evaporator coil 5. Replacement filters will be provided 6. Clean any/all drain pans and assure drains are full flowing 7. Any access openings will be cut and sealed to National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) standards 8. Any/all cleaning products will be EPA registered with a MSDS (made available upon request) 9. All technicians will be Air System Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) certified 10. All workmanship is guaranteed 11. Work will be scheduled and completed during regular business hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm 12. Contractor to go to site, look at job, and submit a quote. Only after the quote is approved, will a notice to proceed be issued to for the work to begin
