Roof Replacement Project for the: William Shoemaker Elementary School, Lynn MA in accordance with the documents prepared by TSKP Studio Architects. The project consists of the following: Roof replacement. Included in this work is removal/replacement of roofing, insulation, flashings, associated hazardous material abatement, and roof drain replacement, associated with the new roof installation. The roof area is approximately 36,500 sq ft. The work also includes the reconfiguration of two single occupant HC toilet rooms, minor grading, fencing, asphalt and concrete paving to create two HC parking spaces, and steel guardrails.
