Additional Bid Date Note: We will allow Bidders to submit their sealed bids at the KCMO Parks and Recreation Administration building located at 4600 E. 63rd Street. The Bid Box will be placed at the receptionist area located near the front entrance. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Contracting Officer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only answers issued by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Addenda may also be issued to modify the Bidding Documents as deemed advisable by City.
