Air Handling Unit and Condenser Replacement

1. Disconnecting and reconnecting of all mechanical, electrical and control interfaces to include fused disconnects. 2. Removing the existing AHU’s and its related components and properly dispose of debris off of State Property. 3. Submitting of Shop Drawings of the new units and their components. 4. Provide all hoisting, lifting, etc. necessary for the removal of the existing AHU, Condenser & associated components and the installation of the new AHU, Condenser & associated components in their designated areas. 5. The AHU, Condenser & associated components shall be connected into the existing supply and return duct, drains, and electrical systems. Any modifications required to permit the installation of the equipment specified herein shall be the responsibility of the Contractor and will be included in the Base Bid. Provide all labor, equipment, services, materials, supplies, permits, insurance and incidentals for the complete installation and operation of all work which have not been specifically mentioned but are reasonably implied and is necessary for the safe and satisfactory completion of the entire project. 7. Work to include start-up inspection and a full acceptance test. Provide Demonstration and Training to the Maintenance staff.
