Location: In Franklin County Priority 1 is located on Route 17 in Township D 0.79 mile South of the Rangeley Plantation/Township D town line and extending South 0.73 mile; In Somerset County Priority 2 is located on US Route 201 in Sandy Bay Township beginning 2.31 miles North of Maple Run Road and extending South 14.34 miles to 0.25 of a mile South of the Moose River/Jackman town line; Priority 3 is located on US Route 201 in Solon, beginning at Pleasant Street and extending South 4.66 miles to the Solon/Madison town line. A Contract Performance Surety Bond and a Contract Payment Surety Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price, will be required of the successful Bidder. This contract is subject to compliance with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program requirements as set forth by the Maine Department of Transportation.
