Veterans Park Recreation Center Expansion

Base Bid: - Selective Demolition of existing building. - Expansion of existing gymnasium to hold basketball, volleyball and pickle ball courts. - Demolish existing roofing system over existing gymnasium and replace with new. - New sidewalks and landscape/irrigation improvements. - Install a new fire protection system in select areas of the building. - Expand existing Fire Alarm and Smoke Detection Systems. - Provide IT and CCTV infrastructure only. Additive Alternative I: - Replace existing double doors at the north and south end of the main corridor with new Additive Alternative II: - Provide security desk with power and data as per plans. - Convert existing classroom to game room (Demolition and Improvements) - Remodel main corridor including floor, walls, ceiling and lighting as per plans (Demolitions and Improvements) Additive Alternative III: - Provide new and independent water meter and backflow preventer for facility Additive Alternative IV: - Provide two (2) additional pickle back courts, one (1) volleyball court and two (2) basketball backstops along north wall. Deductive Alternative V: - Provide resilient athletic flooring at gymnasium Additive Alternative VI: - Provide acoustical wall panels at gymnasium.
