RFQ D/B - GSA 11 D/B DOL WHD Relocation, Silver Spring

The General Service Administration is seeking a contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete a design/build effort to renovate existing office space to accommodate relocation of 10 Department of Labor Wage Hour Division (DOL WHD) Full-time Employee (FTE) personnel from Hyattsville to SS Metro Center 1. This project will provide the following tenant improvements (TI) to the existing space: building of office space, construction of one interview room, security upgrades, data/voice cabling conduit, and additional identified upgrades relative to TI for the existing facility. Tenant improvements may include demolition of existing walls, ceiling, lighting, carpet/flooring, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and security systems, upgrade to millwork in existing breakroom, information technology rooms, lighting, and HVAC for the Wage Hours Divisions field office. DOL WHD hall supply and install modular office cubicles, whips, and appliances. $100,000-250,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
