| Description | The scope of work includes removing and replacing the existing digital exterior LED signage systems at multiple locations on the East campus. Additional scope includes cleaning, repairing, and replacing broken masonry at the monument surrounds for each designated signs. Other scope includes the cleaning and repainting in-kind all metal signage shrouds and metal work with approved Cuyahoga Community College logo/paint. Add Alternates include replacing the existing internal monument sign lighting components with energy efficient solid-state lighting with comparable color temperature, lumen output and distribution, providing equipment to enable cellular communication to the exterior sign, and to replace the existing metal cabinets in kind with new metal cabinets to match existing in lieu of reconditioning the existing metal cabinets. | ||
