Description

Chesterfield County School District is accepting sealed bids for Cheraw Primary Roof Replacement for Areas B, D, and E. Remove and dispose of the roof system including flashings andsheet metal. b. Replace gypsum deck and form board with steel deck as specifiedinSection 05 01 23 "Steel Roof Deck". c. Replace perimeter steel angle where indicated in Contract Drawings. d. Provide roof insulation system as specified in Section 07 22 16"Roof Insulation". e. Fully adhere thermoplastic single ply membrane along with flashings andaccessories as specified in Section 07 54 00 "Thermoplastic SinglePlyRoofing". f. Replace sheet metal flashings and trim as specified in Section 076200"Sheet Metal Flashing and Trim". g. Replace plaster soffit with flush seam metal soffit panels where indicatedin Contract Drawings. h. Provide a complete, watertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly.
