Lee Street Sidewalks, Drainage, and Sanitary Sewer Project

Lee Street Sidewalks, Drainage, and Sanitary Sewer project includes the construction of approximately 2,500 LF of concrete sidewalks along the south side of Lee Street between W Street and Kirk Street as well as approximately 510 LF of concrete sidewalks along the east side of Shoemaker Street between East Brainerd Street and Lee Street. In addition to the sidewalk improvements, the project also includes some drainage improvements along Lee Street between X Street and W Street. These drainage improvements include storm drain, a ditch bottom inlet, a storm manhole and a doghouse manhole. This project also includes the installation of approximately 3,800 LF of 12” and 15” diameter gravity sanitary sewer main, with associated service connections and manholes. The sanitary sewer will be installed along the center of Lee Street which will facilitate the need to re-build Lee Street. In addition to the sanitary sewer improvements, this project also includes approximately 1,600 LF of antiquated water replacement to include 2”, 4” and 6” waterline installation with associated appurtenances and water service renewals.
