Please review and select the appropriate bid package for your scope of work. Please make sure to also fill out and submit the BID PACKAGE COVER SHEET in addition to your bid package. Your bid will not be accepted if you do not include these. Thank you! Message from GC 5-24-2023 Message: Please find attached the instructions to bidders for the Eagle Gateway Condos. The Project owner intends to implement a contractor-controlled insurance program (‘CCIP’) that will provide certain coverages for contractors and subcontractors of all tiers who are eligible and have been properly enrolled in the CCIP at the Project site. As a result, your bid must exclude insurance costs for general liability and umbrella/excess liability (including any profit, overhead, and contingencies) for your company and your lower tier subcontractors. In the event a subcontractor is excluded from the CCIP and/or the Project owner requests traditional insurance in the place of a CCIP, a change order will be issued to add the actual total premiums on the subcontractor’s insurance cost to the subcontract price. If you have any additional questions or concerns please feel free to call Phil Goldman to discuss this further. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 6-1-2023. |
