The approximate extent and character of the Scope of Services is generally described as follows: A plan to develop a tract of land, known as Lot "P", surrounding Commerce Drive at The Lakes at Green Valley mixed use development. All questions must be submitted in writing. The last day to submit questions is Friday, March 17, 2023 at 12:00PM. All proposals will remain subject to acceptance for ninety days after the day of the submittal, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any proposal prior to that date.
