| Description | The Town is seeking a qualified Environmental Consultant to perform preconstruction building materials testing on a one story 45,000 square foot office building at 100 Barnes Road Wallingford, CT. General Information: The majority of the building was constructed in 1978 with an addition constructed in 1985. The majority of the building is raised floor. Floor removal, window replacement, roof replacement, and a total demolition of interior walls is expected during construction. The building is currently vacant and access can be easily coordinated. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. |
