Description

This solicitation is to establish a Contract for asphalt overlay of various locations in St. Mary's County, Maryland (County). This is a unit pricing Contract for BITUMINOUS CONCRETE OVERLAY for St. Mary’s County Government. The estimated budget for overlay services in Calendar Year 2021 for the County is approximately $2,250,000.00. The County intends to begin the Contract period of performance in Spring 2021 and all work will be ordered by Dec. 31, 2021. Contract services shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, general clauses, terms and conditions outlined herein, and per Maryland State Highway Administration’s material specifications incorporated by reference.
