| Description | Work covered by the Base Bid includes the construction of a EIFS exterior over CMU block addition with two restrooms and a mechanical/electrical room. Construction will consist of excavation, concrete site work, stainless steel handrails, aluminum storefront assembly, EIFS exterior, aluminum gutters and downspouts, architectural shingle roof assembly, aluminum soffits, wood trusses, CMU interior walls, wood doors, hollow metal frames, toilet partitions, plumbing fixtures, and interior signage. Finishes include CMU and steel painting, stained and sealed concrete floors, epoxy floors, and Fiber Reinforced Panel ceilings. Corresponding Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Alarm Systems will also be included. |
