| Description | The Township of Vernon is seeking proposals from qualified bicycle pump track design-build firms or teams (Contractor) for the design and construction of an asphalt surface bicycle pump track. The proposed pump track will be constructed along Black Creek Drive on a portion of the Block 390 Lot 2 property overlooking Vernon Valley to the west and will located at the terminus of the first phase of the Town Center Bike and Walking Trail. The proposed pump track facility will cover an area of approximately 1 acre and the Township’s anticipates that the facility will consist of a primary pump track and an additional beginner pump track that can be utilized by small children and less experienced riders |
