RFP D/B - Design-Build Services for 22 Residential Homes for the Pueblo of Jemez

Location -Bernalillo County, New Mexico Agency Name - Pueblo of Jemez Housing Authority POJHA has been authorized by POJ to develop a 23-acre site, Pueblo Place Housing Subdivision, with new affordable housing to meet the needs of low-income tribal members. POJHA's primary objective in utilizing the design-build approach for this project is to bring the best available design and construction experience to successfully meet the unique project in designing and building twenty-two residential homes within the Pueblo of Jemez. The selected Design-Build team will be expected to provide design and construction activities for this project resulting in complete and fully functional residential homes that satisfies all project requirements and contract terms. The Design-Build firm, as the sole responsible source for total project compliance and construction related performance (including architectural programming, design, and construction services) will hold all design professionals, testing services, trade contractors and trade supplier contracts. Selection of Successful Design-Build Team: July 31, 2023. POJHA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all deficiencies.
