1. Demo the existing lighting. 2. New lighting to be LED with proper wattage and lumens. New lighting will be installed in the new suspended ceiling. Include all required electrical work and inspections as per KY Building Code. See attached cut sheets for similar required product. 3. Move all required conduits, smoke detectors, ceiling fans and any other items that need to be moved to install the new suspended ceiling and grid. See attached cut sheets for similar required product. 4. Install new duct work and diffusers for the heating and air above the new ceiling. 5. Install a new 2-foot by 2-foot suspended ceiling system. See attached cut sheets for similar required product. Must meet KY Building Codes. 6. Install a new Glass Wall System at the service counters. From the existing counter tops to the height of the new ceiling. With ¼ inch tempered glass. Service holes and 4-inch round speaker hoes at each station. Approx. 38 feet contractor must field verify. 7. Install 2 36-inch door on each side of the counter door to be glass commercial doors with glass side lights, simplex keyed override function locksets, panic hardware and closers.
