| Description | Replace existing windows systems with specified windows and flush seam metal wall panel system along with related flashings and accessories. 1. Seal the top of existing metal panels at roof panels adjacent to the valley of the lower roof area. 2. Replace the existing clerestory windows. 3. Install metal wall panels over abandoned window and louver fenestrations. 4. Replace backer rod and sealant at control joints, window perimeters, door perimeters, wall penetrations and at sidewalk/stair intersection with masonry wall. 5. Provide sheet metal underlayment and masonry cover at exposed masonry mullions adjacent to windows at the clerestory area. |
