Burger Barn Renovations

Renovations of a small concession booth on the Fairgrounds. The Rodeo Arena has a stand-alone structure that has been used by the Grant County Realtors Association for food concessions during the Rodeo. The concrete building is in need of renovations as outlined below. • Fill and grout all cracks between ceilings and walls • Frame in two serving windows to the west side of the building and install siding to cover framing. • Install an 8-foot wide by 18 inch high window high on the wall above the grill that was framed in above. • Remove center wooden air slot between roof panels and cover with plywood • Build and install roof truss system, plywood and metal white roofing on top of existing concrete roof. • Paint outside of building white with black trim.
