Street Repairs and Repaving 2023

Contract: ST-324: Street Repairs and Repaving 2023 This project involves the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the repair and repaving of various streets throughout the City of Durham. includes patching and/or full depth repairs to the pavement structure by sawcutting, excavating existing asphalt pavement structure, and disposal of excavated materials, at locations, widths, and depths as determined and directed by the Engineer. Each bidder must be licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. The City Council of the City of Durham reserves the right to reject any or all of the Bids. All bids must include a noncollusion affidavit To ensure that all bidders are kept up to date on any addenda, changes, or information notices, please send an e-mail to tyler.cloutier@durhamnc.gov indicating your intention to prepare a bid for the project. Failure to complete this step may render your bid as nonresponsive. Completion- 180 calendar days ; final completion within 210 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run (Notice to Proceed - Construction). MBE (11%), WBE (7%)
