The site contains a 1224 square foot, one and a half story, wood frame, single-family dwelling which was constructed in 1925. The structure lacks normal maintenance and upkeep. There is a small amount of dumped debris on the lot. The dwelling is vacant. The project and contract are for the complete demolition of the single-family dwelling, along with any contents.
