Description

All loose and peeling paint to be scraped, spackled, sanded and primed prior to painting. Nail pops to be repaired, renail on both sides of each nail pop and Spackle three time with USG joint tape system. All loose and peeling tape to be removed and retraped in accordance with USG Joint tape system. All paint to conform to requirements of the federal specifications for washability, water resistance and scrubability. All floors and appliances to be protected from paint drips and splatters. All work to be performed in a professional workman like manner. Material supplied to be of good quality applied with a roller or a brush.
