Kiwanis Park Pickleball Courts

The City of Sheboygan ahereby gives notice that sealed public bids will be received for the Kiwanis Park Pickleball Courts project. The majority work of this contract is generally described as follows: o 1,320 CY of Excavation Common, o 900 Tons of Base Aggregate, o 325 Tons of Asphaltic Surface, o 1,175 SF of Concrete Sidewalk, o 900 LF of chain link Fencing (4-foot and 8-foot) o Court Striping o Court Nets, Posts, and Tie Downs. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than three days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
