| Description | The City of Jacksonville (COJ) is accepting bids from qualified, experienced and licensed (as required) service providers for the transport and disposal of household hazardous waste materials and containers collected by the City from the residents of Duval County located at the City's household Hazardous Waste Facility at 2675 Commonwealth Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida, 32254. Additionally, at the City's request, the service provider may be required to staff remote collection events held at various locations throughout the City's boundaries.
