| Description | 1.Remove and Replace: two (2) each, 48 in wide by 29 in high elliptical shape corrugated metal culverts X 40 ft long on Kentucky Street at the Michigan Ditch crossing. 2.Remove and Replace: approximately 7.37 CY of S-3 asphalt surface in an area approximately 50 FT long x 24 FT wide x 2 IN thick 3.Remove: Approximately 22.22 CY of roadway base layer in an area approximately 50 FT long x 24 FT wide x 6 IN thick. 4.Remove: Approximately 29.6 CY of sub base layer, 50 FT long x 24 FT wide x 8 IN deep 5.Replace: Approximately 51.82 of Sub-base and Base layers with Form Flow Concrete (flowable fill) encasing the tops of the culverts. 6.Remove and Replace: 2.78 CY DOT-3000 PSI Concrete Sidewalk, an area approximately 25 FT long x 6 FT wide x 6 IN thick. | ||||||
