JOb No: 22-013729-01 PARIC Corporation - the selected Construction Manager - is requesting proposals for Missouri University of Science and Technology's new General Services Building. The project consists of a new, ground up single story Pre-Engineered Metal Building consisting of approx. 35,500 GSF of Office and Shop spaces. The building is situated on lots 9, 10, and 11 on the west end of the University Fraternity Subdivision in the University's new Research and Development Park, north of I-44 on an approximately 5.45 acres in Rolla, Missouri. We are requesting proposals for award on the following scopes: Misc Metals (Bollards, Handrailing, Stairs, Ladder, etc) Masonry Carpentry Casework & Tops Insulation Joint Sealants Membrane Roofing & Accessories Doors/Frames/Hardware Overhead Doors Glazing Flooring & Tile - Resilient, Carpet and Ceramic Acoustical Ceilings Drywall (+ insulation + FRP) Painting & Coatings Toilet Accessories Toilet Partitions/Compartments Signage Fire Extinguishers Metal Lockers Welding Screen Projection Screens Loading Dock Equipment Window Treatments Pre-Engineered Metal Building Erection w/IMPS (+ Misc Metals) Fire Suppression Plumbing (above slab building system) Aggregate Paving Asphalt Site Concrete Fencing & Gates Landscaping & Irrigation The following scopes have already been bid and/or assigned: Concrete Foundations and Interior Flatwork Furnishing of embedding angles at OH doors and Dock Pit Loading Dock Equipment Vehicle Lift PEMB (Furnish) Plumbing Underground HVAC Electrical Earthwork Site Utilities (Water/Fire, Sanitary, Storm) Construction has started and project must be completed by end of June 2023. The project is tax exempt, please EXCLUDE sales tax from your proposals. The project does have diversity participation goals.
