| Description | a) Remove, haul away, and disposal of existing dish machine and gas booster heater. Receive, deliver, and install new dish machine and final connections, including utility modifications. Scope of work and specs from Attachment A sections A-1. b) Start-up, and operator training on operation, safety, cleaning and light maintenance c) Normal business hours for installation. Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 100% Turnkey installation by authorized service agent to include removal and disposal of old equipment, set in place, installation and final hookups The vendor will remove old existing equipment. Materials must be removed in a proper and legal manner, provide container for trash disposal to remain on-site until all waste is removed, deliver, uncrate, and fully installed per approved drawings and manufacture's specifications. Receive, deliver, and install new Combi Ovens and final connections, including utility modifications. Start-up, and operator training on operation, safety, cleaning and light maintenance. |
