The Project consists of reconstructing Fourth Street including: sanitary sewer, drinking water, storm sewer, sidewalk, curb and gutter, drive approaches, and HMA paving, along with installing sanitary sewer along M-53 to connect to existing sanitary sewer interceptor. The project also includes miscellaneous sanitary sewer work along M-53 from Third to Fourth Street, upgrading the Newark Road Sanitary Sewer Pump Station, and CIPP Rehabilitation of the existing sanitary sewer interceptor.
