Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate The work consists of construction, development, and performance testing of one 18"x24" gravel packed replacement well, submersible pump, motor, pitless adapter, site piping, interior piping modifications, valves, appurtenances, associated electrical and instrumentation work, and decommissioning of one well.
