| Description | This project is located at the Battle Creek Medical Center, 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, Michigan. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, supervision, As-Built Documentation, and all other related information. This project will prepare for and replace the mortar to repair the deteriorated and cracked exterior brink on various Medical Center Buildings. Work will include the following: Repair and replacement of mortar Repair of damaged brick Repair building construction joints Repair window ledges Replacement of lintels Seal and caulk around windows, doors, and any other exterior element Period of Performance: 270 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Work will commence in the Spring of 2020. |
