Description

The scope of work includes the following: 1. Prepare site for required removal of the existing valve vault and electrical and I&C components 2. Removal and replacement of 120-ft of asbestos-coated steel watermain 3. Salvage existing Bailey valve and return to UTILITIES, located within the existing vault 4. Install new valve vault and appurtenances in accordance with approved drawings and contract documents 5. Install all valve instrumentation in accordance with approved drawings and contract documents 6. Site work including, but not limited to, grading, fencing and site restoration. 7. Perform outage planning activities and implementation. In addition, perform required bypass operation activities.
