| Description | **As of September 28, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** TJJD is seeking proposals for a Perimeter Fence Installation at Ayers House in San Antonio, Texas. Contractor must have a minimum of five (5) consecutive years of experience as a General Contractor and provide references to TJJD, and have completed at least three projects within the last five (5) years of a dollar value and complexity equal to or greater than the proposed project. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount will be required upon award of a contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any informality or irregularity. Deadline for Submission of Written Questions 6/17/2022 @ 5:00 P.M. CDT Proposals are to remain valid for ninety (90) calendar days following the proposal date. |
