Description

The PORT invites written proposals from qualified firms, or teams of firms, interested in providing South Concourse Evolution- Project Management and Project Controls Services. The PORT intends on issuing one (1) project-specific contract as a result of this solicitation. The initial period of performance of any Agreement resulting from this solicitation is expected to be ten (10) years. The initial approved funding from the Commission is $15,000,000 to initiate the project and move forward with the design/pre-construction phase. The total estimated fee for this Agreement is in the range of $35,000,000 to $45,000,000 for the duration of the Agreement. Future phase is dependent upon Commission action approval. Depending on Commission Approval, the initial contract will be amended to include an additional phase.
