Request for Proposals for Environmental/Hazardous Material Consulting Services of the renovations of the Betances Learning Lab Magnet School, E.B. Kennelly School, and the Fred D. Wish Museum School. The Hartford School Building Committee advertises Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for Architectural & Engineering Services of three public schools in Hartford, CT: Betances Learning Lab Magnet School, E.B. Kennelly School, and the Fred D. Wish Museum School. The school will be approximately 75,980 gross square feet with a Total Project Budget of $43,709,774 and a Total Construction Budget of $33.7 million. The school will be approximately 89,376 gross square feet with a Total Project Budget of $51,416,225 and a Total Construction Budget of $40.1 million. The school will be approximately 91,365 gross square feet with a Total Project Budget of $49,320,000 and a Total Construction Budget of $38.9 million.
