| Description | To install a hydroelectric turbine on their raw water intake line that will generate sufficient electricity to power their water treatment plant. As shown in the Exhibits in Part IV of this RFB, the Town of Rock River receives an average of 1 cfs (450 GPM) of raw water from an 8” C-900 PVC transmission main which begins at the Rock Creek intake structure, approximately 1.3 Miles northeast of Arlington, and continues approximately 13 miles northeast to the Rock River Water Treatment Plant. |
