RFQ Design - Professional Design Services for Parking Facility The City of Mobile Architectural Engineering Department is seeking competitive proposals for qualified design professionals to provide design and construction administration related services for a proposed Parking Facility. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation may be required. Minority and women's business enterprises are solicited to submit a statement of qualifications and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities. When subcontracting, all potential contractors must make positive efforts to use small and minority owned business and women business enterprises. See 2. C. F. R. 200.321.
