The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, clean-up, qualified personnel and supervision to complete the work as identified in the Statement of Work (SOW) provided as attachment to this solicitation. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to: remove and replace all cracked or leaking drainpipes, P-traps, and fittings identified by Park Service Maintenance. Must remove and replace suspended ceiling tiles to gain access to some pipes. All work will be done inside the Cliff House Building. Per the requirements of FAR 36.204, the project range is estimated to be between $25,000.00 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 237110, with a corresponding size standard of $39.5 million in annual gross receipts for the past three years. This acquisition is a Total Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. All responsible sources with SB status may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered. Offers received from concerns that are not Small Business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The Government intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed price contract. Award selection will be made on a Best Value basis made after consideration of price and factors other than price (technical capability and past performance) as listed in the Request for Quotation (RFQ).
