Description

2022 Citywide Street Rehabilitation-Phase II If the supplier chooses to submit the bid directly to purchasing in writing, attached bid form must be used. The bid must be signed in ink, sealed in a properly addressed envelope, and delivered to the Office of the City of Bossier City Purchasing Agent, 2nd Floor, Municipal Building, 620 Benton Road, Bossier City, LA 71111 ll prices and notations must be in ink or typewritten. Each item must be priced separately. Unit price shall be shown and a total price shall be entered for each item bid. Errors may be crossed out and corrections printed in ink or typewritten and initialed in ink by person signing bid. If there is an error in the extension, the unit price will govern. Facsimile or e-mail transmission of bids to purchasing will not be considered. Q & A deadline: Oct 04, 2022 3:30:00 PM EDT
