Description

TOWN OF COOKS VALLEY The Town of Cooks Valley will accept bids for a New Town Hall Specifications include: This will be a commercial building, stick built 34x36 with 9ft. ceiling on a concrete pad with frost walls and two 8x12 porches. Interior will have an office with file room, small kitchen, utility room, 2 bathrooms and meeting hall area. Bidders must use Town of Cooks Valley bid form. All specifications will be listed there. All bids must be complete and all subcontractors listed with any licenses as required by state. All bidders are required to submit 4 copies of completed Town of Cooks Valley bid form. Building will start in August of 2022 (unless otherwise negotiated at bid acceptance) and completed within six months of start date. Payment schedule to be negotiated at bid acceptance. New Town Hall site is in Section 21 T30N R10W, on 155th Avenue about 1/4 mile west of intersection with 40th Street on south side of road. Building site is staked, all measurements must be checked for accuracy. Successful bidder will comply and be responsible for all state, county and township building codes, regulations, fees and bonding for construction of this building. Preliminary plan is provided for guidance only. Contractor must comply with all State and Federal Air and Water Quality Standards. All contractors are responsible for traffic control during their project. Bids must be completed on the township's bid form and will only be accepted on this form.
