CITY OF MATTOON CITY HALL TUCKPOINTING The City of Mattoon is accepting bids to tuckpoint the top 7' of the masonry walls on the City Hall Building at 208 N 19th Street. There is approximately 4,000 SqFt of tuckpointing. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12) and all Equal Employment Opportunity requirements. Certified payrolls are required weekly. The right is reserved to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
