RFQ Design - PY2020 Downtown Buildings Program

The Wood County Commissioners, on behalf of the Wood County Planning Commission, are accepting qualifications from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide architectural and engineering services related to the following project: PY2020 Downtown Buildings Program in the Village of North Baltimore, Ohio. Services, in accordance with the grant requirements shall include: preparation of bid specifications and plans and other bid related items such as mandatory pre-bid meetings, post-bid meetings, bid recommendation, construction monitoring, design meetings, reviewing change orders if warranted, reviewing and processing invoices for payments and serve as a coordinator between contractors, Village Officials, and Planning Commission Staff. In addition to these duties, the successful firm may need to perform duties related to said grant not specifically outlined above, as the specific requirements of the grant may change. Scope of Work: The Downtown Buildings Program is for two (2) existing commercial buildings located in the Village of North Baltimore, Wood County, Ohio. This program, if funding is successfully procured, will cover exterior and interior improvements to the two existing buildings. If funding is procured, specific outcomes will be identified between the project owner, the building owners, and the village administrator. Interested firms must provide a list of itemized cost and outcomes. As of May 19, 2020 this project is seeking qualifications.
