Painting Services - Annual

Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Vendor to provide professional painting services countywide, on an as needed basis. The work shall be inclusive of all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to complete execution of the work specified for each project or task order. Materials and workmanship shall be in accordance with industry standards such as ASTM International. The County may require additional items or services of a similar nature, including but not limited to, staining, sealing (all types), caulking, stripping, emseals, floor coating, waterproofing, minor concrete as prep work, etc. The Vendor There will be no Pre-proposal Conference for this RFP It has been determined that the specifications and scope of work within this solicitation are adequate to describe the product or services being requested. A pre-proposal conference and site visit has not been scheduled for this solicitation.
