New Aviation T-hangar Building Kits

Crook County, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, hereinafter referenced to as is seeking a qualified contractor to fabricate and deliver New Aviation T-Hangar Building Kits to the Pineville-Crook County Airport (S39). Major elements of work for the project include, but are not limited to, preparing and providing the design, fabrication, and delivery of up to two (2) pre-engineered metal T-hangar buildings, including all materials needed for the erection (by others) of the two (2) new T-hangars. The Engineer s cost opinion for this work is between $750,000 and $950,000. Electronic copies of the Contract Documents and Addendums are posted on the Precision Approach Engineering website *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project contains a Base Bid and Additive Bid Schedules. Additive Bid Schedules are portions of the ps not dictate an order of selection or preference. Additive Bid Schedules will be selecteroject that will be included if adequate funding is available for this procurement. Award of the contract will be made to the lowest responsible bidder for the Base Bid plus the cost of any selected Additive Bid Schedule(s). Additive Bid Schedule(s) have been given designations for reference only and the designation doed based on available funding and any single or combination of Additive Bid Schedules may be selected.
