Liberty Trails - Phase 1B Water, Sewer, and Drainage Improvements

The major work will consist of the following: Water Improvements: Approximately 7,740 LF of 8 PVC water line, 1,610 LF of 12 PVC water line, 12 gate valves, 8 gate valves, fire hydrants, water services to 168 lots and related work; Sanitary Sewer Improvements: Approximately 5,030 LF of 8 PVC sewer line, 540 LF of 10 PVC sewer line, 440 LF of 12 PVC sewer line, 560 LF of 10 PVC sewer line, 4 sanitary sewer services to 168 lots, 4 manholes, trench water stops, and related work; Drainage Improvements: Three drainage crossings consisting of multiple 3x2, 3x3, 4x3, and 5x2 reinforced concrete box drainage structures, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30 and 36 storm drain systems, curb inlets, headwalls, wingwalls, safety end treatments, junction boxes, stone rip-rap. The above Improvements are a part of the Plans for the Construction of Water, Sewer, Paving, Drainage, and Street Light Improvements to serve Liberty Trails - Phase 1B.
