| Description | STIP ID : 300372A-23 The existing signal system is outdated and maintenance costs have become excessive. By replacing the existing obsolete system with one that uses current technology, maintenance costs will be significantly reduced and it will meet current standards. As of January 31, 2023, this project is in conceptual status. Preliminary engineering has begun and environmental design is expected to be completed in the frist quarter of 2023. The contract advertisement is expected in frist quarter of 2024 and construction is anticipated to be operationally complete in the fourth quarter of 2024.
