Description

The Project consists of three divisions that will be focused on upgrading City Facilities to reduce the risk of transmitting COVID-19 between employees and customers. Please note that each DIVISION (1, 2 or 3) is a separate standalone project and will be awarded as such. Division 1 consist of new wall construction, electrical work, painting, flooring, ADA compliance upgrades, and security improvements for City Hall. Division 2 consist of new wall construction, electrical work, plumbing upgrades, painting, flooring, ADA compliance upgrades, and security improvements for Aycock Recreation Complex. Division 3 consist of electrical work, plumbing upgrades, ADA compliance upgrades, and security improvements for Public Works Operations Center.
