| Description | FDR and Seal Coat Project Contractor is to perform approx: 10,500 SY of FDR, furnish and place approx. 10, 970 SY of E-1 Prime w/ blotter and approx. 18,680 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders.Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Pub 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages are applicable to both of these projects. |
