| Description | Grinding of Vegetative Waste Material at the Ivy Material Utilization Center (IMUC) located at 4576 Dick Woods Road, Charlottesville, VA 22903. The IMUC receives vegetative waste materials throughout the year. Periodically, the Authority contracts with firms to grind this material into mulch which the Authority resells. The selected bidder will grind the existing vegetative waste material to pass a 1.5-inch screen and leave the material on-site. |
